Deliver promotions and events in partnership with the marketing team, contributing ideas to boost footfall and customer engagement.
Maintain stock accuracy via regular inventories, manage supplier relationships and raise purchase requirements as needed.
Ensure excellent standards of cleanliness, presentation and health & safety throughout the bar areas.
Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly and professionally, escalating to the Bar Manager when required.
Support training and onboarding of new team members, maintaining consistent standards and helping build a positive team culture.

Demonstrable team leadership and coaching ability, with a hands‑on approach and excellent communication skills.
Strong understanding of bar operations including stock control, cash handling and basic rota/shift planning.
Customer‑focussed, with the ability to manage guest expectations and resolve issues calmly under pressure.
Knowledge of licensing laws, food safety and health & safety requirements relevant to bar operations.
Commercial awareness with a track record of supporting sales‑driven initiatives and promotions.
Flexible, reliable and able to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required by venue trading patterns.
